Micro Pleasure Egg Vibrator Review

I owned one until about a year ago, and had one "on loan" from a girlfriend who loved it so much and wanted me to buy one. I've also owned two other vibrators - a standard chrome slimline vibrator years ago, and a G-Spot vibrator, which I still have and use.

I was thrilled when I was offered the opportunity to review the Micro Pleasure Egg. I had heard of it, and was aware that it was a top of the line egg vibrator. I figured I had some vibrator experience and specifically vibrating egg experience, so I could probably write something fairly intelligent, mildly comprehensive and hopefully useful. So I accepted the offer, and picked up my new Micro Pleasure Egg.

When I got home I immediately opened up the box. It was very nicely packaged in a clear plastic, high quality plastic "box". That was the first indication to me that this was a classy vibrator.

There I was examining the Micro Pleasure Egg and I realized that this is a very high quality vibrator. The egg is solid and heavy, and it appears to be made of a nice aluminum material. The clear cord plugs into the control pack which means it can actually be plugged into other battery packs as well. A nice feature if something happens to this one and you happen to have another one lying around the house. The battery pack/controller itself is really nice looking and is made from a semi-clear red plastic material. The controls are located at the top of the controller, and the best part is that the volume level and function control setting is indicated by bright red LED lights, so you always know where you're at. It's very cool and oh so high tech.

When the batteries were snug in the controller I turned the Micro Pleasure Egg on for the first time. I pressed the volume "up" button and the first light lit up, and the egg came to life. It was quiet, and it made me smile. I experimented with the volume controls for a bit so I could find out how powerful this vibrator was. I went all the way up to the highest setting, and then back down to low. Neither my old egg nor my girlfriend's egg was this powerful. I'd say it's at least twice as powerful as the other two. I remember that, because about half way up the volume control I had a vision of my old egg vibrator, at full blast. This toy is remarkably powerful and smartly styled.

I played with the vibration controls for a while and then I moved on to the "function" controls. Now this was a surprise. The little egg does so many things it's amazing. The controls are a little difficult to describe, but I'll try. Each function is a pattern of vibrations. For example, one pattern goes from low to high slowly, and then starts back at low again. Another function does the same thing, but goes quickly from low to high. Still another function is a series of rapid bursts of vibrations, repeated over and over again. I'm glad to own this vibrator, because now I have lots of time to experiment with all the different settings. There was no way for me to "try" all of them at once. I went through all of the functions with the egg in my hand, but I really need to put them all to use, which would take a long time. I ended up using two of the functions that night and one the next day.

I started off my Micro Pleasure Egg review experience by adjusting the vibrations to the medium setting, about where I used to go with my other egg vibrator. The sensations were wonderful! I felt tingling sensations all up and down my body. This is a much higher quality egg vibrator than my old one and I could feel it in the vibrations. They felt way better. More smooth and less choppy. The vibrations were also very quiet, something that couldn't be said about my old one.

As I got more into my experience, I started up the vibration ladder. I turned it up about 3/4 of the way to the top level, but that was about as much as I could take. It all came together for me right there at that moment. I came hard and was instantly in love with my new sex toy. A few minutes later my body was telling me that it wanted to experience some of the function settings, so I started with one of the "mild" ones. I don't remember exactly which number it was - probably number "1" - but it starts off low and builds to a high level, and then starts over again. Now THIS was incredible. After relaxing for only two or three minutes I was back up ready to orgasm again. I had the desire for some faster pulses, so I switched the function to one (and forgive me that I didn't catch the number) that went quickly from low to high, and then repeated. I was a goner. I was in heaven with the Micro Pleasure Egg and didn't want to come back down. This is a fabulous high tech toy that delivers intense orgasms with very little effort. The vibrations are wonderful, and the "functions" are out of this world.

Most reviews I read are balanced with at least a few things that the product could do better. I tried to come up with something, anything...but I couldn't I guess I'll leave that for the other reviews. The battery pack and controls are easy to use, the cord is just the right length, the egg is powerful and pleasing, and overall it's a really nifty piece of equipment. There isn't anything I don't like about it. I can honestly say that I recommend the Micro Pleasure Egg whole-heartedly, and without any reservation.
