Order Processing and Shipping Hours
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 3 P.M. PST.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and recognize that most of our customers want to maintain their privacy when ordering adult toys and other adult products. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no external markings that would identify the contents of the package. The return label reads: 21st Century, which is our shipping company.


Domestic Shipping Options

USPS Priority Mail
Orders shipped USPS Priority Mail typically arrive two to five days from the date the order is shipped. Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and other non-continental US territories may take a few days longer.

UPS Ground
Orders shipped UPS Ground typically arrive five to seven days from the date the order is shipped. UPS Ground is not available for PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's, Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS 3 Day
Orders shipped UPS 3 Day will arrive three business days from the date the order is shipped. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's or other military addresses, or any overseas addresses.

UPS 2 Day
Orders shipped UPS 2 Day will arrive two business days from the date the order is shipped. Please be aware that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. It is also important to note that this service is not available if your order is being shipped to a PO box, APO, FPO or other Military address, or any address outside the Continental US.

UPS Overnight
Orders shipped UPS Overnight will arrive the business day following the day your order is shipped. Please be aware that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. It is also important to note that this service is not available if your order is being shipped to a PO box, APO, FPO or other Military address, or any address outside the Continental US.

International Shipping Options
Our international shipping prices are based on our actual shipping costs to each country. All shipping information is available for your review before finalizing your order.

US Military Addresses
All packages to APO's and FPO's are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and the cost is about the same as it is to ship a package within the United States. UPS does not deliver to APO's or FPO's. To ship your order to a military address please follow these instructions:

1.) In the section titled "Enter Shipping Information" enter your name and military street address as you normally would. Please be accurate! Mistakes here can lead to delays or non-delivery.

2.) In the "City" box enter either APO or FPO.

3.) In the "State" box select either AA, AE or AP. Enter your zip code as normal. You might want to be sure to change your billing address when you get to the payment page if your credit card bill is sent to your home address in the US. If you're sending a money order or check there's no need to make changes to your billing address.

Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada costs slightly more than shipping within the US but significantly less than shipping to most other countries.

Foreign Duties, Taxes and Limitation of Liability
The products we sell are legal in the United States. However, foreign governments and international customs authorities often have different ideas of what is legal to import. Some countries do not allow the importation of adult toys. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are confiscated, seized or otherwise diverted by foreign governments, foreign customs authorities or other foreign agencies. Any and all duties, taxes and tariffs levied are the responsibility of the customer; we do not bill you for these charges.

Shipping and Billing Address
Please note that the shipping and billing address must be the same for international orders. We will not accept, for example, an order shipped internationally that is billed to a US mailing address. The only exception is for shipments to US Military addresses.

How to Check Your Order Status
You can check the status of your order online at our order status website. You will need your Order ID and Zip Code. The link to our order status website along with your Order ID can be found on the confirmation email sent when you complete your order. If your order doesn't show up in the system right away don't be alarmed; orders must be processed and the system updated in order to view information about your order online. Package Tracking

After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that will include your package tracking information. This information can be used track the progress of your shipment. The Web addresses for our carriers are: www.ups.com, and www.usps.com.


Order Processing

Orders are sent to our warehouse for packaging shortly after they're placed. We ship most orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Orders can take longer depending on the time of day they're placed, the day of the week they're placed, or other factors. For example, an order placed at 7 PM on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest.


Product Availability

We ship orders as quickly as possible. On occasion an item will go out of stock, in which case that item is backordered. In most cases it takes just a few days to receive backordered items from the manufacturer. If there is a delay at the manufacturer for an item it can take longer, but this is uncommon.
Out of Stock / Backordered
If your order is listed as "Backordered" on our order status website you have several options. The first option is to wait for us to restock the item, which usually only takes one to two business days. If you don't want to wait you have the option of substituting another item(s) for the one that is out of stock. If you want to make a substitution just send us an email and let us know. The third option is to cancel your order.

Returned Orders

If you order is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you via email. You can opt to have your order reshipped or canceled. If you choose to reship your order your credit card will be charged for the extra shipping fee. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund your order total, minus shipping and a 30% restocking fee.
