We have every expectation that the items you purchase will bring you pleasure and satisfaction. Occasionally there are situations where a toy doesn't function correctly or just doesn't live up to the customer's expectations. If an item doesn't work properly or you're not happy with your selection you may return it to us. If an item does not work properly You may return any product within 30 days of purchase if it does not function properly. We will ship a replacement to you at no charge. Please see return instructions below for details.
If you are dissatisfied with your selection We make every attempt to insure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes people are unhappy with their choices. If you are dissatisfied with your selection you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a store credit in the amount of the purchase, minus shipping & handling. Please note that our return policy is limited to sex toys. We do not accept returns of DVD's or videos unless they are defective.
Return Instructions: If you would like to return please follow these instructions:
1. Write to us at service@mybodyvibes.com with "return" in the subject heading. Include a brief description of the problem or why you want to return the item(s) to us. Please include your name, address, date of purchase, and order number along with your description. We will send you instructions on how to complete your return.
2. Follow the instructions we send to you. We will ask you to write a return code on the outside of the package. NOTE: We cannot accept returns without the return code on the outside of the package!
3. Ship the package back to us at the address we supply.
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage. If an item is defective we will ship a replacement free of charge once we receive the returned item. We do not resell returned sex toys. All items returned to us are either sent back to the manufacturer or discarded. |
