Why should I choose your Affiliate Program over another?
Several reasons. First, our commissions are among the highest offered in our industry. There are a few that are higher, but you'll notice that they say that you can earn "up to" a certain commission percentage. This means that you don't start off there, and that you have to sell a certain amount or refer a certain number of other affiliates before you can earn that percentage. Second, our system will track a visitor during their entire browser session, not just the first click-through. This allows you to earn a commission on sales from every customer that you refer, even if they leave our site and return to ours and make a purchase. Third, our Affiliate Network system allows you to view your commissions as well as other statistics about your sales at any time. Fourth, Body Vibes Adult Toys is a great brand and a great website. How much does a Body Vibes Affiliate earn?
That will be completely up to you! Ideally your website's visitors will find our content and products to be relevant and useful. The amount of money you can earn is directly proportionate to the amount of traffic your site generates.

How do I sign up for the program?
Simply fill out an application on our sign up page. That's it! We will contact you within a couple days to let you know the status of your application.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

How does the affiliate program work?
After your site is approved, you are sent a link to our Affiliate Network Site that contains all the instructions you need to get started. It's extremely fast and easy. Copy and paste the special HTML coded link we supply which identifies the visitor as having come from your site, and away you go.

What is the next step after I'm approved?
Within a day or so after your application, we will contact you via email to let you know if your site was accepted for our Affiliate Program. If it was approved, we will send you an email notification with a link to your own personal Affiliate account. You will choose a username and password and will then have access to the site. You will find complete and easy instructions on how to download links, and how to apply them to your site. As soon as you've downloaded and linked at least one file or text link, you're ready to start earning commissions.

Is my site likely to be approved?
Body Vibes is interested in being affiliated with other high quality web sites that offer content and value that would appeal to our visitors. We also believe that it is important that the visitors to your web site find our content interesting and useful. We are generally happy to provide a high-content link to your site as long as your site is relevant to our customers and that your site meets a few basic criteria. We generally do not accept sites that promote or encourage negative sexual stereotypes, hateful or negative attitudes towards any race, color, religion or gender, or sites that endorse illegal activities or violate the intellectual property rights of others. Sites that sell weapons, drug paraphernalia or sites that endorse sexuality in a negative, harmful, or distasteful way, which includes but is not limited to violence, incest, rape, bestiality, or child pornography will also not be considered. Body Vibes promotes a sex-positive attitude for all individuals regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or sexual orientation, and we hold true self-expression and self-acceptance in high regard. Any site that conflicts with these principles, or sites we consider distasteful or not relevant to our visitors will not be considered for the Affiliate Program.

Do I get a discount as an Affiliate?
Yes. Affiliates are eligible for a 10% discount on all of our products. However, for security reasons this discount is not available directly through your links to us. To receive your 10% discount, simply choose which products you would like to order, and send us an email at affiliates@mybodyvibes.com containing the product number for the item you would like to order (i.e. "BV132"), the quantity of each item you're ordering, and your Body Vibes Affiliate ID number. We will send you a return email to confirm your order. The email will contain an itemized list detailing your order, and will include your discount. Also for security reasons, all orders for which you wish to receive the Affiliate discount must be paid for with funds you've accumulated in your Affiliate account. We do not accept credit cards, cash, or checks as payment. All items ordered through the 10% Affiliate discount program are sent to the address on record.

Can I order products for myself through my Affiliate link to you?
No. The Affiliate Program is intended to reward you for purchases made by new customers. However, you may purchase products for personal use directly through our online store at any time, and you are eligible for a 10% Affiliate discount. See "Do I get a discount as an Affiliate?" (above).

Can I get a store credit instead of a check?
Yes. If you wish to use your commissions to purchase items from our store, you can choose to receive your check in the form of a gift certificate.

Can I be a Body Vibes Affiliate if I'm already an Affiliate with another online adult toy store?
Yes. We are happy to welcome new Affiliates who have affiliate agreements with other online adult toy stores.

Will you promote my site?
No. We do not promote our affiliate sites. However, Body Vibes has a link page in our guidance Section, and routinely links to informative articles on other sites. We may be interested in linking to you if you provide content we believe our visitors would find helpful, useful, or entertaining. Do I have to build an online store?
No. You can link to us directly from any page in your existing web site.

What are my responsibilities as a Body Vibes Affiliate?
You are responsible for maintaining the links to our site, notifying us of any URL or email changes that may affect your account, and adhering to the Terms of Service Agreement.

What are Body Vibe's responsibilities in the Affiliate Program?
Body Vibes will provide you with the tools and support you need to establish yourself as a Body Vibes Affiliate. We also handle orders, shipping, billing, customer service, and paying your commissions

Can I take orders and then send them to Body Vibes?
No. By allowing the customer to use our catalog, order, and pricing system you are assuring that that they receive the most up to date price and availability information and that their order is processed correctly. In addition, each customer's contact and billing information is critical to our ability to offer the best customer service for our customers.

As an Affiliate, can I use any Body Vibes content on my site.
No. All Body Vibes content is protected by copyright and is not for use on any other site. You may use the banners and other link files we provide, but not content. If you are interested in a co-branding or marketing relationship with Body Vibes, you can contact us at marketing@mybodyvibes.com.

Can I mention Body Vibes in my advertising campaigns?
Yes, but you must make your affiliation with Body Vibes clear to your target audience. You must not represent that you are acting on our behalf, and you must include the following disclaimer in your advertising:

"(your site name) is a member of the Body Vibes affiliate network."

Who do I contact if any of my link information changes?
You must keep us updated on any link changes that affect the links to Body Vibes on your site. You can email any changes or updates to affiliates@mybodyvibes.com.

What if I lose my password?
Simply go to your main account page at the Body Vibes Affiliate Network, type in your email or username and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I terminate the Affiliate agreement?
Just let us know. We will send you a final check within 60 days of termination of the agreement. We allow 60 days for potential returns or refunds. Your final check will reflect all of your commissions, minus any returns for that time period.

SETTING UP LINKS

How many links can I set up to your site?
You may use as many links as you like.

Can I open another window when I link to you?
Yes, we allow you to open our site in a new window. We do not, however, allow blind links, pop-ups, or forced redirects. All links must be clear and accurate and must not be misleading, deceptive or create confusion for the visitor.

Can I use frames?
No. We do not allow Affiliates to "frame" our site in any way

Can I link using text?
Yes, you may link to Body Vibes via text links or any of the banner or image links provided by body Vibes.

What can I say in a text link?
text links must not be misleading, contextually confusing, or incorrect. Basically, if as an Affiliate you would like to link to Body Vibes through text links, you may do so if the text contains our company name, or refers to our company name. We want to avoid any blind links and do not want individuals coming to our site unknowingly. All links must follow the principles of "opt-in" linking. If you have any concerns about link text just send us a message at affiliates@mybodyvibes.com. We will review it and let you know what we think.

TRACKING & PAYMENT

How are orders tracked and credited to my account?
All links from your site to Body Vibes contain your unique source ID. Every time a customer comes to Body Vibes via your site and makes a purchase we know to credit your site. To make sure that all purchases are tracked correctly, you must use the links supplied in your account on the Body Vibes Affiliate Network.

Do I have to reach sales quotas or multiple tiers before I can earn commissions?
No. Unlike some other programs we do not have quotas, and you will earn a commission on the very first person who clicks through to us from your site and makes a purchase.

How do I know the information in my account is right?
Body Vibes uses advanced and highly rated affiliate tracking software. We have measures in place to safeguard the integrity and accuracy of their system. Your account information is also available to you around the clock, so you are free to check for accuracy.

How often can I check my commissions?
You may check the status of your account 24/7. Simply go to the special link we provide that takes you to your account, enter your user ID and password, and you have instant access to your account.

How soon after someone I refer buys something will it appear on my account statement?
Instantly. Every order we receive is automatically run through our Affiliate Network, which checks to see if the shopper came to us through an affiliate. If the shopper came through your site that information is noted and the sale is attached to your account. Your commission is instantly credited and the information is posted to your account.

When will I be paid?
All Affiliates are paid at the end of the month. If your account credit is under $50 we will roll it over to the following month. If you would like us to pay you, but your account is below the $50 limit just let us know at affiliates@mybodyvibes.com. We will send you a check for any amount you request, up to the balance in your account.
